Service Technician Job Description
The position of Service Technician is a permanent full-time role in a northern location. As a member of our team, you will be part of a friendly and supportive environment with factory training pathways.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our service team in Balcatta. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction while creating a fun and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Performing service and repair work on customer vehicles according to repair orders.
* Carrying out vehicle repairs and/or maintenance as per the repair order.
* Planning each job for maximum efficiency.
* Repairing and maintaining in line with manufacturer and dealership requirements.
* Ordering parts (where necessary) from the parts department.
* Making recommendations for additional work to client vehicles based on diagnostics.
Requirements:
* A mechanical trade qualification or vehicle repairer's license.
* Valid Australian working rights and an Australian license.
* Strong leadership skills and effective communication skills.
