We are now looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
About the role
In this role, you will manage inbound leads and guide customers through the full sales journey, from initial consultation through to quote, system recommendation, and handover to operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants to grow with a business that is scaling quickly and offers genuine progression into team leadership or management.
Key responsibilities
Manage and convert inbound residential and commercial solar and battery enquiries
Conduct phone and online consultations with customers
Design practical and compliant solar and battery system solutions
Prepare accurate and professional quotations and proposals
Explain system performance, product options, rebates, and incentives clearly to customers
Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
Coordinate smooth handovers to operations and installation teams
Build trust with customers through product knowledge and solution-based selling
Help drive business growth while maintaining strong conversion and customer satisfaction outcomes
What we are looking for
Proven sales experience, ideally in solar, battery, energy, electrical, or a related industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Commercially minded, driven, and results-oriented
Strong attention to detail when preparing quotes and reviewing system configurations
Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing business
A positive attitude and ambition to grow into a senior or management pathway
Industry experience of 3+ years is preferred but not essential.Candidates with strong sales ability, technical aptitude, and the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
