Project Management Lead
The role of Project Management Lead plays a vital part in our organisation's mission to connect people and communities across the state. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to shaping the future of our rail network through strategic project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level project management services on the Beerburrum To Nambour (B2N) project
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery
- Develop and implement project plans, including safety interface coordination plans and operational readiness plans
- Manage risk, safety, and quality within the project scope
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication, consultation, and negotiation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge of procurement processes, contract engagement, and administration, as well as design requirements associated with project works
