About the Role
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support our construction and operations teams, keeping projects on track from start to finish. You'll work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate schedules, resources, and documentation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with projects from start to finish, supporting project managers in planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects across the Northern Territory.
* Prepare, review, and manage building permits, approvals, and handover paperwork, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
* Liaise with Northern Territory government departments, councils, and other regulatory bodies to ensure projects meet all statutory requirements.
* Maintain project schedules and timelines, coordinating onsite activities, deliveries, and subcontractor work to keep projects on track.
* Monitor that onsite teams have all necessary safety equipment, tools, and resources, and support compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
* Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, keeping everyone informed of project progress and any changes.
* Track project costs, assist with budgets, and ensure invoices and documentation are up to date.
* Prepare regular project reports for internal teams, clients, and government stakeholders.
* Support the handover process, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and all documentation is completed accurately.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping streamline processes and improve efficiency on future projects.
