Mental Health Registered Nurse
The role involves providing nursing care to consumers experiencing mental health issues or substance abuse. This is achieved through a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented approach in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, consumers, carers and family.
Nursing assessments, administration of schedule 8 medications, and supporting clients with substance use are key aspects of this position. This includes brief counselling, telehealth services, treatment planning and referrals to external services.

* Assisting with prescriber clinics
* Processing prescriptions for forwarding to external dosing sites
