About The Role
Assistant Store Manager (Fulfilment) | Dan Murphy's Wagga Wagga
As one of our Fulfilment Managers, you’ll play an integral role in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a driven people leader who has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about inventory management and stock control. This role provides critical operational exposure across the business and the opportunity to kick start a career adventure with Dan Murphy’s.
The Role
* Build a culture centred around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement
* Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to the store team to inspire continuous improvement
* Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring and empower them to be self-sufficient and to achieve accuracy across store inventory levels
* Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to maximise revenue growth
* Create an environment that enables team to come as they are, because diversity is the magic that makes good culture
