You’ll also conduct some community visits across your local area in Perth and telehealth sessions for some clients. Flexible work hours: Anywhere between 2.5 day a week to full time, and options for school hours, and time in lieu so you can have flexibility in your days. Burnout Prevention Model: Our full-time caseloads are capped at 27 client hours per week, with a focus on regular time off and balanced caseloads. Essential Criteria: Bachelor of Applied Science or Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy Registration with Allied Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility to do so. Ability to deliver quality OT assessment & therapy services within a clinic, via telehealth, and/or via a home and community setting; Current drivers’ licence and reliable, insured car; Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or police check WWC check if planning to work with youth populations Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to organise self, clients, appointments and tasks quickly and effectively; Capable of working independently and as a team member; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and provide patient centred practice. Preferred Criteria: Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within mental health and/or chronic pain; Ability to utilise software systems such as practice management software and the Google Suite. Knowledge and understanding of Medicare, Workers’ Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance, and NDIS.
