* Provide strategic support to the Head of Secondary in leading the operational management of Years 7-12.
* Develop and implement student wellbeing initiatives that align with the school's purpose and values.
* Lead a team to deliver effective wellbeing and pastoral care services.
* Ensure alignment of student discipline and wellbeing practices with school policies.
Key requirements for this role include:
* A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and active involvement in a local church community.
* Understanding of child safety principles and ability to implement safeguarding policies.
* Current registration as a secondary teacher with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) and qualifications in wellbeing.
* Experience in providing leadership and operational support for a secondary school.
* Experience in developing and implementing student wellbeing programs.
* Strong skills in managing student behaviour and addressing sensitive issues discreetly.
