What's on offer?
Our Infrastructure Services business in Hazlemere, WA, is seeking a self-motivated Junior Trades Assistant to support our busy workshop on a full-time, permanent basis. As an integral team member, you will report to the Workshop Supervisor and support a range of tasks as assigned by the Workshop Leading Hand and Trades persons, including Plant Mechanics, Boiler Makers, Auto Electricians and Mechanical Fillers. These will include but not be limited to:
- Fire Watch and Spotting.
- Cleaning the workshop, plant and equipment.
- Supervised servicing and repair tasks.
- Forklift operations.
- Packing and unpacking parts.
- Minor administrational tasks for recording requirements.
With a Safety-first approach, you will adhere to our workshop procedures, foster a can-do approach and ensure that you are comfortable in performing tasks by seeking assistance when necessary to deliver a "Good Job".
