Role
We're seeking an experienced Employment lawyer to join LOD and work on assignment with one of our high‐profile in‐house clients. In this role, you'll partner closely with senior stakeholders and HR and will provide practical, commercial and risk‐informed advice across a broad range of advisory and contentious matters.
* performance management
* misconduct and investigations
* day‐to‐day ER/IR matters and risk mitigation
* the interpretation and application of enterprise agreement provisions and internal policy frameworks
Qualifications
* minimum of 5 years PQE
* strong employment law experience from an in‐house environment and/or a mid‐tier or top‐tier law firm
* the ability to \"hit the ground running\" and manage matters with minimal supervision
* ideally, be available to commence on short notice
Work Arrangement
Full‐time availability is ideal, but flexible arrangements including part‐time are possible.
