Our property has 225 rooms of varying styles, 4 restaurants, pool side bars, tour desk, Resort Shop and Day Spa.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Housekeeping Supervisor to join our high achieving Housekeeping Team.
The successful applicant will be employed on a casual basis on rotating rosters.
You will be responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper with directing and overseeing all housekeeping staff.
Responsibilities
Checking all rooms cleaned by the Room Attendants to ensure they meet Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa standards
Supervise and direct Team Leaders, Room Attendants and House Persons accordingly
Ensuring productivity and daily schedules are adhered to
Assisting in the day to day training of Room Attendants to ensure correct cleaning procedures and chemical usage
Consult Housekeeping Management on personnel matters including hiring, evaluating, suspending, and training personnel
Monitor allocations of arrivals
Qualifications
Our ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous supervisory experience in a commercial cleaning environment is preferred
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
The ability to work weekends and public holidays
Previous experience in a similar Resort or Hotel environment will be highly regarded
