Role Overview
Onefin is seeking a motivated and capable Undergraduate Property Analyst – Development & Investment. The successful candidate will work closely with both the Development Management and Investment Management teams, contributing meaningfully to active projects while building strong technical and commercial capabilities.
This is a paid position suited to university students with a genuine interest in commercial property, development, and investment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of feasibility models for proposed and active projects
Conduct demographic, planning, and market-based research to support investment decisions
Contribute to due diligence investigations, site assessments, and preliminary financial analysis
Prepare clear and concise reports, internal presentations, and briefing documents
Support the maintenance of internal project databases and research tools
Collaborate with the broader team to deliver real outcomes across a diverse asset portfolio
Key Skills & Experience
Currently studying towards a bachelor's degree in Property Economics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline
Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in real estate or investment
Basic to intermediate Excel skills, with a desire to build financial modelling capability
High attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce well-structured research and reporting
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to contribute within a fast-paced commercial environment
