About the Role
We are looking for a Casual Receptionist to join our growing Ova team, working across both our Camp Hill and Hendra clinic locations.
This role is perfect for someone who loves people, enjoys meaningful connection, and feels drawn to the world of natural health, wellness and personal development.
It's also a beautiful opportunity for Chinese Medicine or wellness students who would love hands-on experience inside a busy, supportive clinic environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Your role will support the smooth, calm flow of the clinic and may include:
* Welcoming clients with warmth and care
* Creating a peaceful, organised front-of-house experience
* Managing bookings, reschedules and enquiries via our booking system
* Answering phone calls and emails
* Processing payments and POS tasks
* Preparing and resetting treatment rooms
* Inventory management
* Light tidying and maintaining a clean, calming environment
* Assisting with general admin and operational tasks

Highly Regarded:
* Previous reception or customer service experience
* Chinese Medicine students are strongly encouraged to apply
* Current CPR and First Aid certification
Availability Requirements:
This is a casual role ranging between 3–15 hours per week, depending on clinic needs. To be considered for this role, applicants must be available for:
* Two or more shifts per week (Monday–Friday, between 8am-8pm)
* Saturday mornings (between 8am-1pm)
* Flexibility to work across both clinic locations (Hendra & Camp Hill)
