The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Improvement Officer to join our Organisational Strategy and Performance team for a 12-month period.
In this role you will play a key part in driving organisational efficiency, capability and service excellence.
You will work collaboratively across all directorates to map, review and optimise processes, support change initiatives and help deliver improved outcomes for our community and workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitating process reviews, service redesign and improvement initiatives.
Applying structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.
Supporting project delivery, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Developing tools, resources and guidance to uplift organisational capability.
Working with teams to implement changes that improve performance, consistency and customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience in business improvement, service design, project coordination or related fields.
Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
The ability to work collaboratively and influence change.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive mindset and passion for helping teams work smarter and deliver better services.
