The role
We are seeking a customer‐focused and analytically minded Program Manager to support and deliver temperature monitoring programs for clients across the food manufacturing and distribution sector. This role plays a key part in helping customers improve the integrity and performance of their cold chain operations.
You will be responsible for managing end‐to‐end program delivery, including customer engagement, data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working within a cross‐functional team, you'll collaborate with account managers, data analysts, engineers, and technical specialists to deliver high‐quality outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer temperature monitoring programs from implementation through to ongoing delivery
* Analyse data and translate insights into clear, actionable reports and visualisations
* Engage with customers to understand their cold chain processes and identify improvement opportunities
* Deliver high‐quality presentations and reporting to stakeholders at all levels
* Collaborate with internal cross‐functional teams to ensure seamless program execution
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer outcomes and program effectiveness
About You
* Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
* Highly organised with strong project management capability
* Experience within food, logistics, supply chain, or related industries (desirable)
