Opportunity snapshot: An exciting, permanent opportunity has become available for a Digital Insights Analyst.The purpose of the Digital Insights Analyst role is to produce ongoing end-to-end customer journey analysis by integrating data from the online and offline platforms. With deep understanding of online/offline data and business context, the role will work closely with the Digital team in providing actionable insights across the BUPA digital estate.Insights will include (not limited to) recommendations towards optimisation & personalisation hypothesis, conversion improvement opportunities, reporting, dashboard development and ad hoc investigations. The incumbent should be able to synthesize the work of multiple team members into a cohesive result and can translate the complexity of online and offline data into clearly articulated communications. The role is also responsible for promoting self-service reporting, contributing towards setting the standard for data literacy across the digital team and support the leadership team in fostering a performance mindset across the team. The incumbent keeps track of the latest industry developments in Digital, Data and Analytics to support leading practice within the team. How will I help? •Integration of digital and enterprise data to perform end-to-end customer journey analysis •Proactively assess website traffic and analyse online customer behaviour to provide insights and recommend actions for improvement in the user experience and website conversion. •Contribute to support optimisation & personalisation activities through ideation, actionable insights from data, hypotheses generation. •Create accessible self-service dashboards and actionable insights that are fact based, intuitive and re-usable. •Support the Digital Insights lead in developing an efficient digital analytics ‘factory’ with appropriate balance of automation and deeper bespoke reporting. What do I need? •Demonstrated experience in using web analytics tools and testing tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, Adobe Target, Optimisely and a tag management system such as Tealium or Google Tag Manager is a mandatory pre-requisite. •Experience in customer data platforms such as Tealium Audience Stream to contribute in the website personalisation activities is desirable •Experience in SQL, SAS, R or Python as a scripting language is advantageous. •Someone who can not only extract the data but can proactively provide insights and recommended actions for digital optimisation.
