* Personal care assistance including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management
* Social support and transportation for social activities, shopping, groceries, medical appointments, and other essential tasks
* Domestic assistance such as light household cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and daily living skills
* Support customers with complex or challenging needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to build rapport and maintain good working relationships
* Familiarity with technology for accessing rosters, customer notes, and feedback
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance/Criminal Record Check
* Current First Aid certificate/CPR
* Current Australian Drivers Licence
* Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
* Smartphone with internet access
