Role details: Based in Macquarie Park NSW, the role is responsible for ensuring continued smooth operations for customers, troubleshooting and diagnosing faults across SCADA verticals and products supported, including GeoSCADA, AVEVA System Platform and AVEVA Plant SCADA.
Collaboration with pre-sales, sales, quotes and procurement to focus on the customer end-to-end experience.

About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
2-4 years of experience in Application Support within an ASX Top 100 business (supporting mainstream software applications) including understanding software architecture and SDLC
Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Computer Science
Understanding of software and automation hardware communications and setup
Key skills/experience:
Experience with AVEVA System Platform and Plant SCADA or GEO SCADA is advantageous
Understanding of Windows OS, networking concepts, security
Knowledge of Windows tools and commands for diagnosing software
Experience integrating hardware and software
Self-motivated, quick-thinking with a focus on customer satisfaction
