Role Overview:
As the Senior Receptionist at Raine & Horne Darwin, you will serve as the "Ministry of First Impressions," ensuring that every client and visitor is welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and a positive experience. In this key position, you'll play an integral part in shaping the first impression of our business, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and providing support across multiple areas of real estate. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a diverse skill set while becoming part of a dynamic team in the heart of Darwin. The role is full-time, based in our Darwin office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Handling incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
Maintaining a well-organized and tidy reception area
Managing the office diary and scheduling appointments
Providing administrative support to the broader team as needed
Assisting with various other office tasks and ad-hoc duties
About You:
Experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of clients
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Proficient in using office equipment and Microsoft Office suite
A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
Knowledge of the real estate industry would be highly regarded
