Our organization is committed to supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker.
The ideal candidate will have personal experience of homelessness and be passionate about making a positive impact in their community.
About the Role
* Provide support and hope for recovery to clients struggling with homelessness
* Engage participants in recovery activities, including transport where necessary
* Maintain effective communication with the team
Your Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has lived experience of homelessness and can demonstrate a commitment to helping others. You will also need excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, resilience and ability work independently or as part of a team.
