The Oceane Hotel is looking for a new member to join our well established team. We are happy to consider various skill/position level as we are looking for the right fit to the team.
Successful applicants will join a current established team working under the Head Chef.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Prepare, Cook and Serve quality food, within set time frames.
* Follow current standard operating procedures & digital systems.
* Assist with menus, ordering & delivery receipt
* OH&S and food safety standards maintained
* Be adaptable, reliable & able to work under pressure
* Must be organised, well presented and maintain a clean workplace.
The successful candidate will have:
* Cert IV in commercial cookery, or undertaking
* Sectional experience throughout a commercial kitchen
* Have a passion towards food and local produce
* Have a minimum 2 years' experience in a qualified chef role or currently undertaking an Apprenticeship in a commercial kitchen
* Currently reside in Australia.
