Job Description
At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, as well as guiding the team through bustling service periods.
You will spearhead crew training, elevate the guest experience, and contribute to the management of inventory and finances.

Qualifications
1–3 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience preferred
Solid leadership and communication skills
Guest-focused mindset with the ability to handle fast-paced service
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable with POS systems and basic reporting
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food Handler and/or Alcohol Server Certification (or willing to obtain)
