Key Responsibilities include:

* Plan, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
* Conduct research and field activities to gather insights on market share, user engagement, and emerging trends.
* Collaborate with global digital teams to exchange knowledge and implement best practices.
Performance Reporting & Market Intelligence involves:
* Preparing accurate reports on marketing campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
* Monitoring and summarizing key industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Project & Platform Management includes:
* Managing the online learning system, including content creation and updates, user registration, and training support.
* Participating in the roll-out of new digital platforms, such as CRM and data systems.
* Staying current with emerging technologies and trends impacting the industry.

The Successful Applicant will have:

* A tertiary degree in a related marketing discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications include:

* Content development, including writing for web and social platforms.
* SEO best practices and social media management, especially LinkedIn.
* Experience working with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
* Comfortable using CMS tools like WordPress, Drupal, or HubSpot.
* Knowledge of marketing automation systems.
* Leveraging digital analytics tools to assess performance.
