* Assist operational leadership teams to undertake and review risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure known risks are being managed effectively.
* Support the functioning and coordination of health and safety committees and consultation mechanisms across the business.
* Assist the development and provision of training and support to staff on safety procedures and protocols.
* Support the investigation of incidents and ensure corrective actions to prevent recurrence are implemented.

It will provide a diverse workload and will support you to establish and develop practical skills as you support frontline staff and operational leadership teams in meeting their health and safety responsibilities. You will need to be hands on to provide a responsive health and safety support service.
