The Administration Officer plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our services.
* Admissions/transfers/discharge coordination
* Record management
* Booking services/appointments
* Record keeping
* Managing postal and other correspondence
* General filing/typing/copying
* Deliveries/pickups from other areas
* Purchasing/stores management
We offer a range of treatment and support services for individuals dealing with alcohol, prescription or illicit drug use, and their families and carers. Outpatient AOD services are available in community health centres across the region.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a busy work environment. The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar support role in a complex organisation, competency in the use of common information and communication technology, and an understanding of and commitment to providing an excellent customer service and maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, able to demonstrate initiative, and work under broad supervision. They will also have a current unrestricted drivers' license and be willing to drive/travel as required. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
