Someone who:

Has fantastic communication skills (verbal and written)
Is fun, friendly and able to balance front-of-house service with administrative tasks as needed
Is a team player and thrives in a small, close-knit team
Has excellent attention to detail, a keen eye for numbers and a strong compliance focus
Has experience in client service or administration (preferred but not essential)
This role is based in our beautiful offices in East Launceston and is offered on a full-time basis, with the flexibility of part-time (minimum of 3 full days per week) for outstanding candidates.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Client service
Managing incoming calls and enquiries
Greeting and welcoming clients in the office
Emails and written correspondence
Scheduling appointments
Liaising with clients on behalf of Advisors
Appointment preparation and personal assistance as required
Monitoring workflows and maintaining client data
Lodging and managing applications with superannuation providers, Centrelink and government agencies
Ensuring Advice documents are completed, filed and actioned appropriately
Liaising with key service providers
File administration
Ensuring compliance
Accurate record-keeping and filing
Preparing documentation for client appointments and correspondence
Teamwork is central to our success.
Our ideal candidate is flexible, process-oriented and takes pride in producing quality work.
We offer a positive work environment, a stable and long-serving team, and flexibility to recognise great work.
We pair a strong focus on accuracy and process with a bit of fun — and a very supportive team dynamic.
If you're a friendly, client-focused team player with strong administrative skills and a desire to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
