About the role
As a Facilities Lead, you are the on-the-ground leader of your shift, responsible for ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard across our sites.
Working alongside another Lead and reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, you will take charge of daily operations, coordinating tasks, directing team members, and stepping in wherever needed to keep work on track.
This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will:
* Lead from the front, setting the pace and standard for the team
* Allocate and prioritise daily tasks based on operational needs
* Monitor quality and address issues in real time
* Provide clear direction and support to team members on shift
* Ensure strong safety practices and accountability across all activities
* Act as the go-to person on shift, confidently making decisions within your scope

* Demonstrated experience in cleaning and presentation of values, including ground services and gardens.
* Experience in inventory control.
* Capable computer and data entry skills.
* Well-developed organisational skills including time management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to problem solve.
* Ability to lead a team
