 
        
        About the role 
- Receptionist (70-80%): General reception duties including answering phones, directing queries, printing, collating and distributing weekly materials, maintaining a bubbly, welcoming personality with a can-do attitude, assisting with day-to-day operations of the Centre, managing office supplies, filing and scanning, and keeping the office space clean and tidy. 
- Lunch Cover (20-30%): Covering a couple of lunch breaks while other Educators are on breaks; ad-hoc time on the floor to support ratio as required.

Qualifications and requirements 
- Certificate III/Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved) – desirable 
- Strong administrative and organisational skills 
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both over the phone and face to face 
- High level computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite 
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders 
- Excellent time management and scheduling skills 
- Demonstrated active listening, critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
- Ability to work calmly and accurately in a fast-paced environment 
- Basic knowledge of the National Quality Framework including: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
