You have definitely come across their products!Job DescriptionAs Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and implementation of a quality management programme from quality assurance to control.This could look like:Establishing and defining product quality standardsDeveloping quality processes and proceduresWorking closely with suppliers to ensure quality of productContinuous improvement activitiesSetting up quality control and inspection processesWorking with and managing performance of 3rd party suppliersCoaching and leading the Quality team as it growsThe Successful ApplicantOur ideal candidate has previous experience setting up a quality system and processes. Alternatively, you should know what good looks like and be keen to take the next step in your career.
