Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Answering phone calls and emails
* General reception and office duties such as handling mail, stationary, and shopping
* Being the first point of contact at reception
* Managing diaries and emails
* Photocopying and scanning documents
* Supporting solicitors and secretaries with administrative tasks
* Typing and drafting legal documents
* Processing payments
