Key Responsibilities
Maintain company standards in all interactions, including those with clients and personnel. Assist managers in conducting morning safety meetings and ensure daily safety inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job sites. Complete daily paperwork, including employee timesheets and recording of daily mileage. Perform landscape tasks, such as pruning, planting, and mowing. Initiate repair of any malfunctioning or unsafe equipment. Communicate with supervisors on topics like crew members, equipment issues, and job-related concerns.
Requirements
* General knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction.
* Supervisor experience; 3+ years managing crews.
* Valid driver's license and ability to meet driver eligibility guidelines.
