 
        
        We are looking for someone who is experienced in administration to work as a casual receptionist at our motel. The job is predominantly afternoon shift Mon-Fri from 3pm. There is potential for more morning office hours when other staff are away (sick, holidays etc) so you must have a adaptable availability. 
Main duties will include: checking in and checking out guests, handling telephone and online bookings, taking payments, balancing money and general office duties. 
The successful person must have excellent customer service and communication skills. They must be able to multi-task and handle busy situations. Prior experience is not a must but applicant must be skilled on computers. Knowledge/experience using GuestPoint & SiteMinder will be highly regarded.

Salary: $28.00 - $39.00 per hour
