About the Role
As a Lifestyle Consultant, you’ll play a key role in maximising the customer experience and dealership performance by:
* Presenting and selling aftermarket accessories and lifestyle products to customers purchasing vehicles
* Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
* Conducting product demonstrations and explaining features and benefits
* Managing product orders and ensuring seamless delivery with vehicle sales
* Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and key clients
* Handling customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally
* Collaborating closely with Sales Managers and internal departments
* Maintaining accurate activity logs and contributing to team targets
What You Bring

* Previous experience in automotive, sales, or customer service (2+ years preferred)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A natural ability to identify customer needs and close sales
