Are you an experienced bartender or supervisor who loves the industry but is tired of the 3:00 AM finishes? RISQ Small Bar in Joondalup is looking for a Full-Time Bar Supervisor/Approved Manager to join our tight-knit team.
We are a small, focused venue where the atmosphere is vibey, the drinks are quality, and - most importantly - you'll be tucked in bed before 10:00 PM.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position. You won't be managing a massive team; instead, you'll be one of 5 staff members ensuring our guests have a premium experience.
* Hours: Full-Time (35–38 hours per week).
* Roster: Wednesday through Sunday.
* Pay: HIGA Full-Time Level 3 or 4 (based on experience), plus all applicable penalties.
What You Bring
* The Credentials: A current Unrestricted Approved Manager Card is essential.
* The Craft: Strong knowledge of cocktails or wine is highly preferred. You should be comfortable talking through a wine list or shaking up a classic.
* The Vibe: You're reliable, professional, and enjoy the intimacy of a small bar environment.
* Leadership: Ability to open/close the venue and keep things running smoothly without the stress of a "big box" pub.
