About the Role This is a hands-on sales position with added leadership responsibility. You will manage your own portfolio of clients across the Melbourne metro area and take the lead in supporting a small team of sales representatives. Reporting to the General Manager, you will also collaborate on strategic sales planning, share market insights, and help drive overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial construction clients
* Build strong relationships with builders, engineers, specifiers, and contractors
* Provide product support and guidance throughout project sales cycles
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Offer support and informal leadership to junior team members
* Contribute to sales strategy and market intelligence reporting
