Level 6, $95,986 - $103,873 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation
Full-time, fixed term appointment until March 2027
The Opportunity: Student Services plays a central role in delivering a high-quality student experience at UniSC, supporting students from admission through to graduation. The team provides critical services across student administration, engagement, wellbeing, and success, ensuring students are well supported to achieve their academic goals and become job-ready graduates.
Within this environment, this role provides expert advice to students and staff on program progression, enrolment, and curriculum requirements. You will contribute to the management and integrity of curriculum data, support academic program changes, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient processes that enhance the student experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide accurate and timely advice to students and staff on enrolment, progression, and program requirements
* Maintain and manage curriculum and student data within university systems
* Support continuous improvement of processes, systems, and student service delivery
About you / Qualifications
* Relevant degree or equivalent combination of experience and training
* Experience working with student systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, CRM) and strong digital literacy
* Knowledge of university policies, programs, or similar regulatory environments
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to continuous improvement
