Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Delivery: Develop user-centered design solutions that adhere to best practices in User Experience Design (UCD) and meet our brand standards.
- Relationship & Network Building: Collaborate with stakeholders within our Digital delivery function, including product owners, engineers, researchers, and copywriters.
- Advocacy & Innovation: Advocate for UX design principles and emerging design trends, driving creative culture and innovation within the organization.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in UX Design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex design concepts effectively
- Proven experience of UCD design principles and methodologies, with the ability to conduct competitor analysis, create user journeys, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Strong background in gathering business requirements and translating competing business objectives into designs that meet customer needs
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment, collaborating with multiple delivery skill sets
- A keen eye for maintaining consistency of our global online brand guidelines, principles, templates, and assets
