The Role:
This is a fast-paced role supporting a agile C-Suite Executive with over a decade of experience. As a 'go-to' person, this role will see you utilise your administration, time management and organisational skills. On a daily basis, your duties will include:
- Diary, e-mail, and appointment management
- Arrange & Coordinate diaries
- Prepare agendas and presentation materials
- Take accurate minutes of meetings and actions
- Manage the Office Administrator
- Organise events & functions as required
- Organise and plan travel
- General Administrative duties
To be considered for this role you must have
- Prior experience as an EA/PA to Executive Suite and above
- Ability to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of management systems
- Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and use initiative
- Be energetic, resilient, and hard-working
