We are currently seeking a General Manager for our trades business, Delta FM to provide leadership to a team of technically trained staff to make a sustainable change to our operations located across Australia. Your role is to deliver commercial results by developing, implementing and continuously improving our processes. This position is responsible for leading our Delta FM team alongside operational managers on site. You will be an experienced Manager having undertaken responsibility for full project delivery with an exceptional focus. Flexible in your approach, you will be confident and self-assured in dealing with internal and external stakeholders The Position Manage, coach and support project teams of highly effective and engaged trades professions Develop talent to deliver a consistent, high quality standard across the business with focus on the operational environment.
