Job Opportunity
This is a research assistant role that will support the delivery of clinical research. The successful candidate will assist the lead researcher with tasks such as participant recruitment, adherence to trial protocols, coordination of study logistics, operation of laboratory equipment, data collection, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit and schedule participants for clinical trials
* Ensure compliance with trial protocols and regulations
* Coordinate logistics for research studies
* Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
* Collect and analyze data from research experiments
* Provide administrative support to the research team
Requirements
* Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. medical sciences, psychology, biomedical engineering)
* Capability to contribute to the design, coordination, and execution of research experiments
* Demonstrated interest in respiratory and sleep disorders or human physiology
* Experience in a clinical sleep laboratory or research in respiratory/sleep physiology
* Certified Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT) qualification or equivalent
