Working alongside our Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Wellbeing Consultants, you'll help residents engage in meaningful movement and achieve their reablement goals.
From one-on-one support to group activities, you'll assist residents in accessing indoor and outdoor spaces, participating in events, and building social connections that enrich their daily lives.
