Position Overview
We're partnering with a purpose‐led management consultancy that works at C‐suite level on large‐scale people, culture and transformation programs. They're now looking to bring in a senior, relationship‐driven Business Development Lead to help shape their next phase of growth.
This is not a traditional sales role. It's suited to someone already well embedded in the People & Culture or organisational development space, with strong, trusted relationships across enterprise and government.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and nurture a strong pipeline via your existing network
* Convert opportunities into high‐value consulting projects
* Partner closely with the CEO on strategic opportunities
* Support and refine the overall sales approach and pipeline processes
* Stay visible in the market through ongoing relationship building
About You
* Established across HR, People & Culture or organisational development
* Established relationships at CHRO / Executive‐2 level
* A strong point of view on people, culture and transformation
* Commercially minded, with a track record of influencing and winning work
* Comfortable operating with autonomy in a less structured, evolving role
* A measured, relationship‐first approach to business development
