**About the Position**

**We are looking to welcome an** Early Childhood Coordinator **work across the service system to enhance relationships and networks with early years and health services.**

- **Full time position.****:
- **Level 5 under the SCHCADS Award. Salary range is $97,378 - $101,788 + Superannuation.****:
- **Government funded until 30 June 2026 with possible extension.***

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
***
***:
- **Create stronger two-way referral pathways with child health and education services for families with children 0-5 years old.****:
- **Collaborate with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse organisations to address barriers at a systemic level, to ensure that engagement with families is conducted within the appropriate cultural context.****:
- **Attend regular stakeholder, network meetings and workshops to promote PELD services.**

**About You**
***
***:
- **Tertiary degree in a community development, social work or human services related field.****:
- **At least 3 years' experience working within a community development sector with highly developed knowledge of child protection issues and the child protection sector in Queensland.****:
- **An understanding of Community Development and Ecological Systems theories, collective impact and a demonstrated ability to build social capital within the community context.****:
- **Experience and capacity to work collaboratively and foster and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders, partners and the community.***
