WHO YOU ARE You are a creative communications professional with exceptional writing skills and proven success managing digital content, social media, events, and marketing collateral in fast-paced environments. Creative communications professional skilled in crafting engaging corporate narratives. Expert writer with exceptional clarity, accuracy, and audience-tailored messaging. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for visual design. Tertiary qualified in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or equivalent. Experienced in media relations, handling enquiries, and preparing press releases. Proven track record managing digital content and social media platforms. Strong organiser adept at juggling multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with unwavering commitment to brand consistency and quality. Collaborative team player who excels in stakeholder engagement across functions. Adaptable operator thriving in fast-paced, dynamic construction environments. WHAT YOU’LL DO Draft staff announcements, newsletters, and corporate updates for internal channels. Develop content for websites, project updates, industry insights, and stories. Prepare media releases and coordinate external communications activities. Manage media enquiries and engagement to amplify DCOH’s profile. Monitor engagement metrics and provide data-driven improvement insights. Support LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook presence. Create and schedule aligned social media content for maximum impact. Update website content and support targeted digital campaigns. Monitor engagement metrics and provide data-driven improvement insights. Assist preparing bids, proposals, awards, and capability presentations. Design graphics, diagrams, and visuals for tenders and submissions. Ensure submissions meet brand standards through collaborative reviews. Produce event materials like invitations, programs, and signage. Plan corporate events, launches, industry functions, and community initiatives. Coordinate event logistics, on-site execution, and sponsorship delivery. Support marketing with brochures, profiles, case studies, and stakeholder liaison.
