About The Role
This role is part of the Bathroom and Plumbing teams in the Newcastle area, supporting builders, interior designers, and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products
* Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone
* Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
* Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
* Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely
We're Looking for Someone Who
* Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
* Might not have experience in bathrooms but is energetic, takes initiative, and is willing to learn and grow
* Is comfortable with a computer and happy to learn new systems
* Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
* Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network, or head office (we love to promote from within)
* Has a Car Licence
