Our client in the higher education sector is seeking their new Accommodation Program Manager to join their team on a 3-year fixed term contract with possibility to extend.
**Your New Role**:
As an Accommodation Program Manager, you will be acting as the 2IC of the university's accommodation business portfolio. The major function of the role will be managing various contracts and projects for the business unit. You are expected to effectively liaise with internal and external service providers to ensure the smooth running of activities and objectives.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage staff through proper guidance and conducting performance reviews and development
- Work closely with the Director of Accommodation and the Corporate Services leadership team in developing operational plans whilst remaining compliant according to the university's policies.
- Manage all stages of allocated projects
- Conduct market research to provide market assessment

To be considered for this role, you are someone who has the following experience and qualities:
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Relevant experience within higher education, program management, contract management, or legal
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in finance and budget management
- Great analytical skills and able to exercise sound judgement
