It provides the full range of building services, from design, consultation, and management to construction and fit-out, for large-scale projects between $50M and $200M in South Australia.

Opportunity
Due to strong growth, this top builder has an excellent opportunity for a Document Controller to join the Adelaide team.
As a critical member of their Document Control Team, you will be responsible for tasks such as:
* Document Register
Maintain controlled documentation and correspondence to ensure an up-to-date document control system.
* Document Control
Receive and log documentation into the document management system, ensuring that appropriate project staff have been notified.
* Document Review
Assist with the review process for project-controlled documentation aligned with project procedures.
* Document Distribution
Timely distribution of controlled documentation to all internal and external parties
* Completion Date Achievement
Assist with generating controlled document reports as required in the document management process, e.g., MDR.
Ensure all reports and correspondence are completed on time.
Responsibilities
* Assist with compiling monthly reports on information received from Project Managers and Superintendents for all main areas.
* Assist with the development and maintenance of the document control management systems.
* Prepares registers and reports on the status of documents/drawings/correspondence and documentation submission.
* Any other duties as may be required by the Company.
You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven MMS knowledge - (company management system - familiarisation will be provided)
* Proven technical document control knowledge
* Proven application and understanding of contemporary document control principles and applications
* High capabilities in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
* Competent in using Aconex preferred (but not mandatory)
* General commercial construction knowledge and trade scope understanding are highly desirable
* Highly organised
