Job Description
* Manage the service of food and beverage within the restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing, and outside catering area.
* Responsible for ensuring that all F&B expenses are in line with department budgetary expectations.
* Liaise with the Conference & Banqueting team to understand BEO and function requirements.
* Ensure staff are competent in menu, dietary, and allergens knowledge. Ensure staff have some understanding of beverages and wine list and are competent to make suggestions as required.
* Ensure staff are aware of current promotions and are able to maximize sales to guests.
