The Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Administration Support Officer provides high‐quality administrative support to the Maintenance Department and assists other site functions as required. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations through effective coordination, documentation, and systems support in a remote mining environment.

Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to the Maintenance team, including documentation, filing and coordination
* Managing onboarding, offboarding and roster changes for employees, contractors and visitors
* Supporting shutdown administration and resource coordination activities
* Raising purchase requisitions, service entries and reconciling invoices
* Supporting service and material management through SAP or similar systems
* Building effective working relationships with managers and site teams
* Providing leave cover and support to other administration functions as required
What you'll bring
* You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high‐performance culture
* Experience in office or site‐based administration roles
* Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems (highly regarded)
* Certificate in Administration (advantageous)
* Previous mining or remote site experience (advantageous)
* Ability to meet site requirements, including wearing required PPE

The Site

Northern Australian Operations consists of an Ammonium Phosphate Mine and Processing Plant (Phosphate Hill) and Sulphuric Plant (Mt Isa) in North Queensland. The facilities comprise of ammonia, beneficiation, phosphoric acid, granulation and sulphuric acid plants plus infrastructure, utilities, power generation and housing to support the permanent workforce.
