About our Retail Customer Service Team
We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic team member to join our retail customer service team. As a key player in helping Australians service their own businesses, you will play an important part in keeping millions of people connected and building community resilience.
Every year around one million customers walk into one of our retail outlets. It's our teams who make sure that every experience they have is a great one. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is committed to making a positive impact in the community.
This is a fixed-term contract with a mix of regular hours and flexibility. You'll be supported by a welcoming team, take part in ongoing training, and be guided on career development opportunities. Our pay rate is competitive and we offer excellent benefits, including superannuation and a supportive work environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional customer service and sales support
* Managing high value transactions accurately
* Conducting and processing identity services transactions
* Promoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling
* Assisting customers with mail lodgements and associate costs
* Building rewarding relationships with customers
* Assisting with administrative duties
About You
You're a friendly and outgoing person who loves working in a team environment. You're ready to put the customer at the centre of everything you do to help make a difference in the community. You have experience in customer service and/or cash handling, and are comfortable lifting up to 16kgs of mail regularly and standing for your shift.
